Sheltech established another new construction company named Sheltech Engineering Ltd. The main objective of Sheltech Engineering Ltd. is to execute all types of R.C.C. piling works, R.C.C. shore piling, joist-driving etc. and construction management of all types of residential, commercial and industrial buildings.
Sheltech was established in 1988 as a real estate firm. Since that time the firm has steadily consolidated its expertise in developing projects and has gained a high reputation in successfully completing its assignments. Starting with a handful of staff, currently the firm has over 300 professionals and staff. Moreover a skilled and well trained work force of about 2000 workers are currently employed at a various project of Sheltech.
Sheltech is one of the pioneers of the housing industry in Bangladesh, and a founder member of Real Estate and Housing Association of Bangladesh (REHAB). Sheltech Private Ltd. takes pride in the development of Residential Apartments, Shopping Centers and Commercial Buildings.
